Jennifer M. Toledo is a Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank. She is an experienced mortgage loan originator who is extremely passionate about helping others with a holistic approach that has separated her from fellow colleagues throughout NYC and Long Island. Ms. Toledo conducts business with a wide array of clientele including investors, contractors, and some of the major real estate companies in the area. Jennifer prides herself on her integrity & honesty. She ensures that the interests and the financial well-being of each client is of the most pertinence.
Prior to employment in the mortgage lending industry, Jennifer was a Paralegal at a boutique law firm. There she delved into financial foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate law. Moreover, she independently worked in the field of financial and accounting services for various institutions while attending CUNY Baruch. Jennifer is certified to do SONYMA loans, which presents the opportunity to help lower income home buyers in New York with down payment assistance. She has also volunteered at Pronto to help buyers in the home buying process and advise them of available programs that are conducive to their needs.
When Jennifer is not working, she spends much of her time outdoors; hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. She also enjoys art and music.
